- Coaching: a dynamic process that focuses on you, addressing any dissatisfactions in your work or life, identifying what energizes and excites you, and furthering your skills in managing change and moving purposefully forward in your life
- Mentoring: supporting your professional development and career management by leveraging my extensive experience as a leader and executive
- Advising: when you ask for advice, we identify the best options for your in response to your specific aspirations, circumstances, and questions
- Consulting: a combination of coaching, mentoring and advising, with additional detailed focus on your interaction/engagement within your specific work environment, work product, colleagues, boss, and/or team
